Cancellation Policy

You must request cancellation 30 DAYS PRIOR to your official termination date. Furthermore, you will be billed for the final month. 

For ANNUAL members, you MUST provide documentation such as MEDICAL NOTICE or PROOF OF RELOCATION for early termination. A $300 CANCELLATION FEE may be applied. If you have completed your term, you are eligible to cancel at any time without penalty or documentation. 

For OPEN-ENDED members, you can cancel your membership at any time without penalty or documentation.

Freezing Policy

You may request to freeze your membership to the maximum of three (3) months. Your payments will pause during the freezing period and resume the following month. 

No documentation required or fee applied to request membership freeze.
