This military style training program quickly became a staple at Federal Hill Fitness under the direction of personal trainer Reese Ashe. Solid Start Program

Trainer designed programs to get you started

For many, the first few months in the gym are a time to test commitments and the expectations are very high.  Most have the desire and motivation but lack all the tools to get the job done. The program below is an excellent way to get the most out of your membership and maximize your results.

 

For members and non members we have a special Solid Start Program that will kick your work outs into high gear.  Once a week for 4 weeks, small groups will work with a certified trainer to learn about the equipment, proper techniques, and how to get started on a path towards real results.  Even if you think you know your way around the gym, a good coach can take you to the next level. Boxing Clinic

Train like a boxer

Fight Club

Get it all out and get results

Fight Club with mixed martial arts expert Donavon Israel.  Fight Club is an exclusive group training program at Federal Hill Fitness & MV Fitness that will focus on Individual and team mixed martial arts and boxer style training. Participants will experience the benefits of intense personal training at a fraction of the normal rates.

 

Participants will learn basic Tae Kwon Do techniques coupled with intense cardio conditioning. The course culminates with low impact sparring, allowing the participants to put their new skills to the test! You can perfect techniques and learn new ones in this unique four week program. Fight Club is appropriate for all fitness levels and is a great program to lose body fat, increase endurance and stamina.
