Of course! The first step is the most important, yet exciting decision to start your fitness journey. Don’t be nervous, embarrassed, or intimidated at all! We are here to follow along your path toward a healthy lifestyle. You can schedule a free consultation with a personal trainer and they can construct a plan, just right for you!

What is the personal training policy?

Generally, you are responsible to communicate and meet with your personal trainer at your designated session. If you are unable to arrive at your session, you must notify your trainer 24 HOURS prior to your session. Otherwise, you may be charged a late cancellation fee or a session will be withdrawn for your personal training package.
