Small Group Training
Join a group of up to 5 clients or form your own group to lower the cost of each session, increase the fun factor, and enjoy an instant support group. Working out in a small group helps you stay motivated and on track. Achieve your goals by progressively increasing the intensity and complexity of your workouts.

Group Training
Several levels beyond group fitness, enrolling in our Group Training Programs, like TRX Camp, Sweat Shop, Bootcamp, Fight Club or Fit Club, will help you achieve fitness objectives on a set schedule with up to 15 people in a group. Some programs are related to athletic performance and endurance improvement, while others focus on weight loss. The duration of these programs are 4 weeks each, with workouts 3 times per week.
