INDOOR CLASS!  BRING WATER, TOWEL.  KEEP 6FT DISTANCE FROM OTHERS.  WEAR MASK AT ALL TIMES.  5 PARTICIPANTS MAX.  NO EQUIPMENT.   A fun, uptempo 45 minute class incorporating a combination of postures inspired by ballet, yoga and Pilates. Focus on isometric strength training (holding your body still while you contract a specific set of muscles) combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements.  This class will not be using equipment, please bring a mat. All fitness levels welcome, many modifications offered. No prior ballet, yoga or pilates experience required.
