OUTDOOR CLASS!  MEET AT CLUB FRONT DOOR FOR CHECK IN.  BRING WATER, TOWEL.  KEEP 6FT DISTANCE FROM OTHERS.  WEAR MASK IF POSSIBLE.  9 PARTICIPANTS MAX.  NO EQUIPMENT. High Intensity Interval Training. Intense cardio workouts alternating periods of short intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods. Goals: improved athletic capacity and condition, improved glucose metabolism and improved fat burning.  Appropriate for all fitness levels, many modifications offered.
