This is the first time that either of these Barclay’s Premier League teams have played in this region of the US! Each day you input your exercise and meals. The app then provides very useful feedback on calories, protein, carbs, and fat intake and relates them back to your individual targeted goal for the day. The database contains thousands of food options with the ability to adjust serving sizes and save for quick reference in future meal . There is also a cool feature that allows you to simply scan the bar code of any item to retrieve nutritional data. for $.99 it's hard to beat. You may be shocked with the results. As someone who has tried multiple different weight loss programs, I can honestly say Fit Club has given me to best results. Over six weeks, I was able to lose 13 pounds. Guy teaches the perfect combination of discipline and hard work, without any intimidation, that will help you reach your goals. Will there be pain? Yes. It will be worth it though. I used to be someone that dreaded going to the gym, but now I look forward to going and finding out what Guy has in store for the group. The best part about Fit Club, other than the results, is that I am no longer intimidated by machines other than the treadmill or elliptical. Guy uses every inch of the gym for workouts, and no two classes are ever the same.
